A new lesson all about anxiety and how we can manage it successfully. Students will explore the difference between short-term, healthy and normal anxiety (in response to intimidating situations such as exams) and chronic, long-term anxiety disorders. They will discover how the brain changes in response to long-term anxiety, how this can be healed and the best ways to prevent anxiety from becoming chronic, suitable for KS3 or KS4. Students will complete source analysis tasks, literacy and debate tasks, creative tasks, clip tasks and much more.
